Yar. Things have been pretty quiet lately, but I'd like to share something with the class.
A new comic today. That's right, it's Friday, and there's a new comic. I'm bumping Twinkfish up to a MWF schedule for you ingrates. Meaning I had to take time off ROSE for it (Oh, Woe is me!). And sleep had to be sacrificed, too.
I have this nice new computer, but I also want to hang onto this nice new computer, so I need to make $a grand by the end of the summer, and I've still only got one job right now. If any of you could help out at all, it would be really appreciated. Even if it were just a couple bucks, whatever, everything counts. Otherwise, I'll resent humanity for the rest of my existence.
Nothing more to say. I'm going to sleep.

Well, after some more slacking (in both Twinkfish and Legend of Lang) I'm back on track ^_^. Finished Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and I'm steadily progressing in Resident Evil 4. Also, I've started my Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls ultimate challenge: beat the game with 4 white mages. Since I'm not exactly sure what gender they are, I've got two boys and two girls. It's been a rough go so far. I'll keep some news here as I continue my quest to beat Chaos with wusses! Later!

Ten days since a news post. Wow.
At any rate, we still have a comic for everyone. Lang's not around for the update, so I can only assume, being the 24 weekend, he's shitfaced by now.
You might get the hint from the comic: I've got me a new piece of machinery. I'm actually playing ROSE right now, as I type this post. But, first Twinkfish comic from this computer. It was so easy; I might boost my update schedule if I can afford to keep this computer.
Regarding the model of Megaman X (copyright CapCom, of course) I modelled in 3DS max...I decided to make it a very shady picture, because when I wrote the comic, I didn't know the X model sucked so bad. Meh. Serves me right for not doing the tutorials yet.

Whew, what a crazy day.
Everybody feels some sort of adverse effect after donating blood. Me, I become extremely reckless, the anti-thesis of what one having just donated blood should do. I got my fair share of excersize upon leaving the blood donor clinic and, quite frankly, there are very evident signs that I've been playing too much Resident Evil 4.
On the way back from school, Lang, Underwood and I were being chased by Track-And-Fielders, also going the same direction down the sidewalk. While Lang and Underwood simply stepped to the side, I chose to wait for them to catch up, before starting to run ahead of them. Anyone who has played Resident Evil 4 could denote the similarity to the boulder-chase scenes.
Now, this is not raise for concern, but, when the Track-And-Fielders caught up to me the choreography of my over-the-ditch shoulder dodge roll was a little too perfect. So I'll try to cut back on playing Resident Evil 4 now, because it's becoming unhealthy. After I beat Professional one more time.
With regards to my projects on LoL - yes, it's plural, a new idea was spawned today - I'm in a bit of a rut. I'm sure everybody is aware by now that I do all of my work on a piece of shit. The LoL projects I'm working on are coming to a halt because frankly, they've risen to a level of complexity far beyond what any Compaq machine should be able to handle. I was going to order my new computer tonight, but Dell is jerking me around, changing the costs of their shipping every goddamned hour. Sure, it's only an 80 dollar difference or so, but keep in mind I do not have a consistant source of income. As a result, I've recently been job hunting for a second job.
So unless Twinkfish magically decides to fund me, the Three-Or-Maybe-Even-Five times a week update schedule will probably fail to exist. Who do we blame? Sange. But it is the collective fault of the North American continent if you ask me.
I was on PA yesterday (if you don't know what PA is, re-evaluate your understanding of the Internet), checking out the newest comic for a quick cheap laugh. I got a quick cheap laugh, as expected, but reading the Neighing and Braying of the issue was a real treat. Which post was that? The long one that Gabe entreated their audience to. I don't know the whole story, or even half of it; merely bits and pieces given special notice for their amusing properties. Apparently somebody got their hands on the ICQ logs of efront President Sam Jain discussing with associates how to undermine and ultimately destroy good ol' Mike (Gabe), and perhaps Penny-Arcade itself. It was like a 10 minute long comic with no art that somebody else wrote, but it was still entertaining.
I realise what I'm doing here is taking PA's news from days of old and making it today's news here at Twinkfish, but does it really matter? Until I bother making myself a weblog, this is where all my inane thoughts will be written down.
And hell, if PA wants to take a shot at me for doing this, it will be more of a blessing than a travesty. I'd be getting the attention of people who own a part of the internet. Oh, my heart is a flutter.
I guess I'll turn this post to a close before I decide to talk about the things that have been pissing me off lately.

Update! Hey everybody! It's been awhile since my last post, so I'm going to see what I can do about making it a long one. Well, as for the 'project' I was planning to do on the weekend...blame chemistry for me not taking care of it. Stupid chemistry. Also, Legend of Lang is alot more work than I signed up for at the beginning. But rather than dropping it completely (as I tend to do, being the lazy son of a bitch (LITERAL!) that I am), I just decided to only do one comic on Saturdays. While I have no objection to having no social life, it seems my friends can't stand to not have me around. It makes me feel loved, and you get one less comic than originally promised.
In other news, there's a blood donor clinic today! Even if I didn't want to give blood, I have no choice. After all, it's the only new privelege you get when you turn 17. Besides, it gets me out of class. Kyle, Gary and I will all be heading down after lunch to get hooked up to pumps. Also, I've recently obtained a trial membership at the local gym! So I'm totally getting buff. Normally we head down MWF, but since I'll be missing some blood tomorrow, me and Kyle are gonna go on Thursday. Also, on Friday, our physics class is going to Paramount Canada's Wonderland! w00t. Me, Gary, Poulsen and possibly Denise will be heading to the best theme park in Ontario! I really hope Denise comes, because I'll get the joy of laughing at her fear, at the expense of my eardrums. Need to see if Wyatt's Dad will give me another pair or earplugs. Also, rather than my usual WinAmp playlist, I've been introduced to an awesome internet radio station called MMO Radio(my thanks goes out to Ken on this one; but you still have to help get Amplitude to Chris)! Well, I'm pretty sure this is the longest post I've ever made, so I'm gonna wrap it up. Later everybody!

Alright then. Non-Twinkfish-related details to discuss. Apparently, it's somebody's birthday today, so spam her forum inbox, as has become custom around here. As for my birthday, (I get italics because I'm self-important) a couple of ups and downs. My initial - and oddly enough, only - thing I was looking forward to has, as of last night or this morning (times are a little foggy), fallen to shit, but I have spent the past four hours painting this pretty picture. Not to mention I've got the next comic practically done amidst this piece, and I've been working too damn much on the computer lately, so I'm thinking about having a bit of me time. Which of course translates to: Me playing PS2. Isn't that fun? I'm sure you can't wait. My eyes feel like they're going to start bleeding.

Wow, I've really been slacking lately. Oh well, I've done quite a bit tonight, and I have quite a project lined up for this weekend. It won't be terribly interesting or exciting, merely efficient and time-consuming. Anyways, I've done all the usual updates, and I've also moved the april posts into the history section.
